Check-in is possible from 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm. Out of this time you'll be able to reach easily your room using our Self Check-in Totem. Please let us know your arrival time! If you booked directly let us know your arrival time and will do our best to prepare your room for free. If we won’t be able to arrange it, we can keep your luggages while your room will be ready for you.

Check out is allowed from 7:00 to 12:00. If you need to check out before the scheduled time let us know in advance! If you booked directly and your room is available, you'll be able to leave it by 13:00 without any charge.

Our reception is open everyday, from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm! For any request during the night you can call our staff at +39 0331 821201, available 24-hour.

Of course. In our hall there is an internet corner at your disposal. 10 prints are for free while to get more you can ask the reception (dial n. 9 from the phone inside your room).

Yes, we have a lot of agreements with locals companies and with some commercials that often stay here during their business trips. Let us know how many times you’re going to stay here and all your needs in order to get our best offer.

Ask our reception’s staff, we are provided with the most common phone chargers. We only ask you to give it back to us once your device will be fully charged.

Of course, we’d love to help you with the surprise! There is only an extra charge of € 15.00 for the service.

Pets are very welcome here. They can stay in all our rooms with a one-off fee of € 15.00 (not depending on how many days you stay). Once here you’ll be asked to sign the pet- regulation.

The beds inside our double confort and superior rooms are actually king size, just like the one you have at home! The room called twin superior has 2 single beds inside and only in few rooms is possible to put them together. Triple, quadruple and family rooms can be arranged as you wish.

Our breakfast is served from 7.00 to 11.00 everyday. As we care about Made In Italy you’ll only find product from local and national origin, 100% homemade! Let us know your allergies and intolerances to better match your needs. If you don’t want to get out of bed, we will bring it to you only for € 5,00. (price per room, not person).

Our restaurant is open from 7.00 to 10.30 PM and on the menu you’ll find italian and local products, 100 % “Made in Italy”. Our kitchen is closed for lunch but if you warn us in time we’ll prepare a quick lunch before 12.30 or you can always choose between our ready-made meals. We also remind you that Happy Hour starts at 6.00 PM, enjoy our drinks at the bar or in your room.

It will be a pleasure for us to host your dear ones. Our breakfast costs only € 12.00 each and our dinner has an à la carte menu. Let us know your allergies and intolerances to better match your needs.

Nearby there is Gao Sushi restaurant and few minutes far from us, in the city of Tradate, you’ll find Mcdonald’s, Old Wild West and Road House. You can also choose the delivery service through Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats.

If you booked the standard rate with us you can modify or cancel for free before 3.00 PM of your arrival day. You can also decide to leave early, you just need to inform us before 11.00 AM of your departure day. If you booked directly with Besafe Assurance (5% of discount on the given rate), in case of valid reasons and proven unforeseen, including Covid-19, you can ask for refund. If you booked through online portals you should check their terms of change and cancellation (Booking.com or Expedia.com for example).

Firstly, without any intermediary costs, we always guarantee the best rate and we will have a direct channel in case of modifications or special needs. We also provide discounts to the breakfast charge (If it is not included in your reservation) and free water from the minibar inside your room. Besides is possible to get free upgrades in our suites or superior rooms, early check in or free late check out by 1.00 PM (Subjected to availability).

How can I pay for my reservation? You can pay your bill at the check in or the day before your departure in order to avoid the queue in the morning. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Bancomat) and of course cash. Upon request we can also send you a link to pay your bill online in complete safety. Last but not least is possible to pay with bank transfer; in this case the payment must be done few days before your arrival.

The "tourist tax" does not apply in our town., a great saving for all our customers!

Of course you can, it will be a pleasure for us to keep your luggages and car for free as long as you need until the end of the day.

Only 500 mt away from us there is a car washer that, according to the availability, can also pick your car at the hotel without any additional cost!

All our rooms and shared areas are smoke free, it is possible to smoke only in the outside.

Our hotel is only 800 m from the station of our town, Mozzate. To reach us, you can take the train to Milan Cadorna or Milan Centrale If you come from Milan. If you come from Malpensa Airport, you can take the Malpensa Express, change train by taking the one to Varese or Laveno Mombello at Saronno station and you’ll get here.

Yes, we can arrange the service but we suggest you to rent a car, is cheaper and it also allows you to move around freely!

Just a few minutes walk and you’ll reach the train station of Mozzate to catch a direct train for Milan Cadorna. It takes 40 minutes to get there and it passes every half hour in the morning. Just 10 minutes and you’ll be in Duomo. From Milano Cadorna you can take the subway to get to Fiera Milano (M1 to Fiera Milano).

We have a free parking lot inside our property and it is open 24h. It is an outdoor parking big enough to host also trucks and buses. If it is full with cars, it’s possible to leave your vehicle only 100 m far in another parking.
